COMPLETE DENTURES
Complete dentures are fabricated to replace all of the teeth on either the upper or lower gums. This can include one or both ‘plates’, and is usually customized to meet individual needs and requirements.
Whether a client is a new denture wearer, or a seasoned denture veteran, complete dentures usually require a number of steps during fabrication in order to ensure optimum function during eating and speaking, maximum comfort and stability, as well as all necessary cosmetic and esthetic considerations to ensure a natural appearance.
PARTIAL DENTURES
It is crucial to preserve and maintain any natural or permanent teeth that one may have. A removable partial denture is usually made to replace one or more teeth, and is customized to meet specific requirements. Removable partial dentures restore natural appearance and greatly improve the ability to chew and speak clearly.
In addition to helping maintain remaining teeth, and greatly increasing the life-span of these teeth, a partial denture will prevent natural teeth from shifting or drifting into the space left by the loss of a natural tooth/teeth.
There are a number of types of Partial Dentures which can be designed to suit a client’s specific needs and requirements.
IMPLANT SUPPORTED DENTURES
While most conventional dentures rest on the gums, implant supported over-dentures are supported and retained by dental implants which are surgically implanted into the gum, and offer the patient increased comfort and stability when compared to other types of dentures.
The implants help keep the underlying bone and tissue healthy and vigorous, and help reduce instability, soreness, and movement which may be the case with other conventional dentures.
Our clinic works closely with implant specialists and highly trained and experienced dental professionals in order to achieve optimum success and comfort before, during, and after treatment.
Implant supported over-dentures are the closest that one can get to having one’s own natural teeth.

SAME DAY RELINES/REPAIRS
We know that your teeth and dentures are important to you, and that you don’t want to be without them for very long. Therefore, whether your denture is unstable, loose, cracked, broken, or damaged in any way, we can help; quickly and efficiently!
Our in-house lab allows for most repairs and relines of dentures to be completed in less than a day. In some cases in only 1 hour!
Sometimes a reline is all it takes…Ask us how!
SOFT-LINER RELINES
Most denture bases are constructed of hard acrylic, and though most denture-wearers can wear a rigid based denture adequately, for some people this may cause some discomfort based on individual bone structure and anatomy.
Therefore, a permanent soft-liner, or “cushion”, may need to be added to the denture base in order to increase comfort and stability, and reduce some of the discomfort which a conventional denture base may cause.

IMMEDIATE/TRANSITIONAL DENTURES
We understand that sometimes clients do not want to wait 6 months – 1 year after extractions in order to have their dentures fabricated. Quite simply, they just don’t want to be without teeth!
It is quite common for patient’s to request to have dentures inserted immediately following extractions (usually on the same day), thus allowing patients to leave the dental/denture clinic with their new dentures on the day of the extractions.
In this case, the dentures will need to be fabricated prior to the extractions. Therefore, the Denturist works closely with the dentist or oral surgeon, in order to fabricate the dentures prior to the extractions, so they can be inserted immediately after the extractions have been completed.
A number of considerations will need to be made prior to completing the dentures, and adequate patient education and instruction is necessary in order to ensure that the patient is aware of the changes which their gums will undergo, as well as the regular care that will be necessary after the teeth have been extracted and the dentures have been inserted.
A personalized and detailed long-term individual treatment plan is crucial to the successful outcome of this treatment. The Denturist will work with you closely before, during, and after your treatment in order to achieve this success.
DENTURE RELINES AND REPAIRS
Denture repairs include fixing breaks, mending cracks, and repairing loose teeth on dentures.
NIGHT-GUARDS AND SPORTS MOUTH-GUARDS
CUSTOM NIGHT-GUARDS – whether you are a child or an adult, and regardless of whether you clench your teeth, or grind your teeth, you may need a custom-fabricated night-guard in order to preserve your natural teeth, and relieve some of the pressure and force that you may be exerting on your teeth, gums, and jaw. Custom night-guards can be fabricated in less than 1 day, and may drastically reduce the stress and tension caused by clenching or grinding your teeth.
CUSTOM SPORTS MOUTH-GUARDS – It doesn’t matter what age you are or which sport you play; whether it is hockey, boxing, basketball, soccer, football, volleyball, martial arts, or any other sport which involves movement or contact, the possibility of injury to your teeth and gums is a reality.
Help reduce this risk with a custom-made sports mouth-guard! They come in a variety of color combinations to fit your individual personality or favorite team colors. In most cases, a custom mouth-guard can be fabricated in 1 day!
TISSUE CONDITIONERS
Tissue conditioning is an effort to restore the health of the tissues of the denture foundation area before master impressions are made by relining the dentures with temporary denture reliners.
