Humboldt Denture Care is a family owned business with a long history in both the dental and denture professions.
The clinic has been located in the heart of downtown Humboldt for over 40 years, and its current owner, Pooria Yazdani, is a highly qualified Denturist who comes from a long line of dental health professionals.
Pooria grew up in Saskatoon; graduated from Aden Bowman Collegiate with Honors, and, after attending both the University of Saskatchewan as well as the University of Alberta, he went on to complete his specialization as a Denturist at Trillium College in Toronto, Ontario.
After completing his education and training under Ontario’s strict guidelines and requirements, Pooria moved back to Saskatchewan along with his wife and three sons, where he has been a licensed Denturist for a number of years.
After working in denture clinics in both North Battleford and Saskatoon, and gaining knowledge from generations of family experience and guidance, Pooria is now the proud owner and operator of Humboldt Denture Care.
Together with his wife, Lamiya, he is committed to approaching every case as unique, and providing all clients with valuable education, comprehensive treatment options, top-quality service and products, as well as a wide-range of advice and information related to their individual needs and requirements.
The on-site denture lab, located at the clinic, ensures that the fabrication and construction of ALL prosthetics are completed in-house, and that NOTHING is “sent out” for production. This not only significantly increases quality control and cuts-down on wait-time, but also considerably reduces many complications and problems which may arise otherwise.
